jelissa bueza — designer by day, karaoke enthusiast by night
As a designer, I’ve always had a passion for storytelling. To me, good UX design walks users through in the classic “show not tell” strategy many of us heard from our writing teachers.
I graduated from UC San Diego, where I majored in interdisciplinary computing in the arts. With the work I do, I aim to create innovative and accessible products for all types of users, ensuring that new technologies aren’t leaving any users behind.
When I’m not obsessing over a one pixel difference in my design, I’m either singing karaoke at home at the top of my lungs (sorry, neighbors!) or playing my current video game fixation.
I'm currently a Lead UX designer at Outward, Inc.
I love sharing recommendations with folks, so here’s some of my favorite things currently!
